Every person who breaks and enters the dwelling house of\n\nanother, in which there is at the time no human being present, or\n\nany commercial building or any part of any building, room, booth,\n\ntent, railroad car or other structure or erection in which any\n\nproperty is kept or breaks into or forcibly opens, any coin-operated\n\nor vending machine or device with intent to steal any property\n\ntherein or to commit any felony, is guilty of burglary in the second\n\ndegree, a Class C1 felony offense, punishable by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through E of Section 20L of this\n\ntitle.\n\nB. Every person who breaks and enters, climbs under, or uses\n\nany jack stands or any other item to raise any automobile, truck,\n\ntrailer or vessel of another, in which any property is kept, with\n\nintent to:\n\n1. Steal any property therein;\n\n2. Steal any property attached thereto; or\n\n3. Commit any felony,\n\nis guilty of burglary in the third degree, a Class D1 felony\n\noffense, punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20N of this title.\n\nC. As used in subsection B of this section, the term \"property\n\nattached thereto\" includes, but is not limited to, tires, wheels,\n\nand catalytic converters.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2615.
