Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1459","heading":"Property taken under claim of title","body":"Upon any prosecution for embezzlement it is a sufficient defense\n\nthat the property was appropriated openly and avowedly, and under a\n\nclaim of title preferred in good faith even though such claim is\n\nuntenable.
