Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1500","heading":"Real property loans - Securing by false instrument -","body":"Penalty.\n\n(a) It shall be unlawful for any person willfully, knowingly, or\n\nfraudulently to make, issue, deliver, use or submit, or to\n\nparticipate in making, issuing, delivering, using or submitting any\n\nfictitious, false or fraudulent offer, agreement, contract or other\n\ninstrument concerning any real property or improvements thereon for\n\nthe purpose either of inducing or attempting to induce any lender,\n\nprospective lender or government agency to make any loan, advance or\n\ncommitment or of securing any guaranty or insurance in connection\n\ntherewith.\n\n(b) Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be\n\ndeemed to be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be\n\nfined not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or shall be\n\nimprisoned for not more than one (1) year, or both.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a32bf1fd0a7d4abb19c301b2f07c5f2c9323efa61b7a55cc18060e1c2abdf69b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1488","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
