Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1514","heading":"Insignia, badge or pin calculated to deceive, wearing of","body":"- Name of society, order or organization calculated to deceive,\n\nusing - Punishment.\n\nAny person who shall wear the badge, pin, or insignia, or shall\n\nuse the name of any society, order or organization of ten (10)\n\nyears' standing or existence in this State, either in the identical\n\nform or in any such near resemblance thereto as might be calculated\n\nto deceive, or shall use the same to obtain aid or assistance within\n\nthis state, unless entitled to use or wear the same under the\n\nconstitution and bylaws, rules and regulations of such order or\n\nsociety, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction\n\nthereof, shall be fined in any sum not less than Twenty-five Dollars\n\n($25.00), nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and in\n\naddition thereto, may be imprisoned in the county jail for a period\n\nof time not exceeding thirty (30) days.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ca9c017db8bade2a5277205809620ff049735587060f504d93f1953e60fe0e66","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1513","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1515"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
