No person in this state shall hold himself out as a notary\n\npublic, attach his signature as a notary public, use a notary public\n\nseal, or perform any notarial act unless he is authorized pursuant\n\nto the provisions of Section 114 of Title 49 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes to perform such acts.\n\nB.
