Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1533.2","heading":"Fraudulently obtaining another person's information of","body":"financial institution - Presenting false or fraudulent information\n\nto officer, employee, agent or another customer of financial\n\ninstitution.\n\nA. It is unlawful for any person to willfully and knowingly\n\nobtain, or attempt to obtain, another person’s personal, financial\n\nor other information of a financial institution by means of any\n\nfalse or fraudulent statement made to any officer, employee, agent\n\nor customer of such financial institution.\n\nB. It is unlawful for any person to willfully and knowingly\n\npresent any false or fraudulent document or information, or any\n\ndocument or information obtained or used without lawful consent or\n\nauthority, to any officer, employee, agent or another customer of\n\nsuch financial institution to obtain, or attempt to obtain, another\n\nperson’s personal, financial or other information from a financial\n\ninstitution or to commit any crime.\n\nC. Any person violating any provision of this section shall,\n\nupon conviction, be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense punishable\n\nby imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of\n\nSection 20M of this title.
