Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1550.2","heading":"Value of Five Hundred Dollars or less - Value of more","body":"than Five Hundred Dollars.\n\nAny person who knowingly uses or attempts to use in person, by\n\ntelephone or by the Internet, for the purpose of obtaining credit,\n\nor for the purchase of goods, property or services, or for the\n\npurpose of obtaining cash advances in lieu of these items, or to\n\ndeposit, obtain or transfer funds, either a credit card or a debit\n\ncard which has not been issued to such person or which is not used\n\nwith the consent of the person to whom issued or a credit card or a\n\ndebit card which has been revoked or cancelled by the issuer of such\n\ncard and actual notice thereof has been given to such person, or a\n\ncredit card or a debit card which is false, counterfeit or\n\nnonexistent is guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of\n\nnot more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in\n\nthe county jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or by both such\n\nfine and imprisonment if the amount of the credit or purchase or\n\nfunds deposited, obtained or transferred by such use does not exceed\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00); or, by a fine of not less than Five\n\nHundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than\n\none (1) year, or by both such fine and imprisonment if the amount of\n\nthe credit or purchase or funds deposited, obtained or transferred\n\nby such use exceeds Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ad0d313d48c8ddc4a1319896adeb4d34baf0c485087e446503895a6e79263cb4","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1550.1","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1550.21"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
