Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1550.22","heading":"Taking credit or debit card - Receiving taken credit","body":"or debit card.\n\n(a) A person who takes a credit card or debit card from the\n\nperson, possession, custody or control of another without the\n\ncardholder's consent, or who, with knowledge that it has been so\n\ntaken, receives the credit card or debit card with intent to use it\n\nor to sell it, or to transfer it to a person other than the issuer\n\nor the cardholder, is guilty of card theft and is subject to the\n\npenalties set forth in Section 1550.33(a) of this title.\n\n(b) Taking a credit card or a debit card without consent\n\nincludes obtaining it by the crime of larceny, larceny by trick,\n\nlarceny by the bailee, embezzlement or obtaining property by false\n\npretense, false promise, extortion or in any manner taking without\n\nthe consent of the cardholder or issuer.\n\n(c) A person who has in his possession or under his control any\n\ncredit card or debit card obtained under subsection (b) of this\n\nsection is presumed to have violated this section.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"91906527e48a1b17f825ae4f8f56709fdb36771875ad226da12dc70934b7c974","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1550.21","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1550.23"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
