A person other than the cardholder or a person authorized by\n\nhim who, with intent to defraud (1) the issuer, (2) a person or\n\norganization providing money, goods, services or anything else of\n\nvalue, or (3) any other person, signs a credit card or debit card\n\nviolates this subsection and , upon conviction, is guilty of a Class\n\nD1 felony offense and subject to the penalties set forth in\n\nsubsection A of Section 1550.33 of this title.\n\nB.
