Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1550.29","heading":"Forged or revoked card","body":"A person who, with intent to defraud (a) the issuer, (b) a\n\nperson or organization providing money, goods, services or anything\n\nelse of value, or (c) any other person, uses for the purpose of\n\nobtaining money, goods, services or anything else of value a credit\n\ncard or debit card obtained or retained in violation of any\n\nprovision of Sections 1550.22 through 1550.28 of this title or a\n\ncredit card or debit card which he knows is forged or revoked, or\n\nobtains money, goods, services or anything else of value by\n\nrepresenting, without the consent of the cardholder, that he is the\n\nholder of a specified card or by representing that he is the holder\n\nof a card and such card has in fact not been issued, has violated\n\nthis subsection and is guilty of an offense and is subject to the\n\npenalties set forth in Section 1550.33(a) of this title.
