A person other than the cardholder possessing one or more\n\nincomplete credit cards or debit cards, with intent to complete them\n\nwithout the consent of the issuer, or a person possessing, with\n\nknowledge of its character, machinery, plates or any other\n\ncontrivance designed to reproduce instruments purporting to be the\n\ncredit cards or debit cards of an issuer who has not consented to\n\nthe preparation of such credit cards or debit cards is, upon\n\nconviction, guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and is subject to\n\nthe penalties set forth in subsection B of Section 1550.33 of this\n\ntitle.\n\nB.
