Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1550.38","heading":"Emergency","body":"The Legislature of the State of Oklahoma finds the theft, abuse\n\nand misuse of credit cards has damaged the economic security of the\n\npeople of the state and such activity must be controlled immediately\n\nto prevent further harm and that the immediate passage of this act\n\nis necessary to establish uniform and effective methods for\n\nprotection against the danger so as to discourage practices contrary\n\nto this act.
