Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1561","heading":"Wills, deeds and certain other instruments, forgery of","body":"Every person who, with intent to defraud, forges, counterfeits\n\nor falsely alters:\n\n1st. Any will or codicil of real or personal property, or any\n\ndeed or other instrument being or purporting to be the act of\n\nanother, by which any right or interest in real property is, or\n\npurports to be, transferred, conveyed or in any way changed or\n\naffected; or,\n\n2nd. Any certificate or endorsement of the acknowledgment by\n\nany person of any deed or other instrument which by law may be\n\nrecorded or given in evidence, made or purporting to have been made\n\nby any officer duly authorized to make such certificate or\n\nendorsement; or,\n\n3rd.
