Forgery in the first degree is a felony punishable by\n\nimprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for not\n\nless than seven (7) years nor more than twenty (20) years.\n\nB. Forgery in the second degree is a felony punishable by\n\nimprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for not\n\nmore than seven (7) years.\n\nC.
