Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1627.1","heading":"False or bogus orders as payment for labor - Penalties","body":"In addition to the criminal penalties imposed pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 1627 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, any\n\nperson who obtains or attempts to obtain from any person, with the\n\nintent to cheat or defraud, any labor or personal services, or the\n\npostponement of actual payment due for labor or personal services\n\nperformed, by means or use of any false or bogus written, printed or\n\nengraved order directing the payment of money, shall also be liable\n\nto the payee, in addition to the amount owing upon such order, for\n\ndamages of double the amount so owing, but in no case shall the\n\namount of damages awarded be less than Two Hundred Dollars\n\n($200.00), plus reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
