Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1632","heading":"Fraud in procuring organization of stock company","body":"Any officer, agent or clerk of any corporation, or of any\n\npersons proposing to organize a corporation or to increase the\n\ncapital stock of any corporation, who knowingly exhibits any false,\n\nforged or altered book, paper, voucher, security or other instrument\n\nof evidence to any public officer or board authorized by law to\n\nexamine the organization of such corporation, or to investigate its\n\naffairs, or to allow an increase of its capital with intent to\n\ndeceive such officer or board in respect thereto, shall be guilty of\n\na Class C2 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for\n\nin subsections B through F of Section 20M of this title.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2722.
