No person may knowingly use any live animal as a lure or\n\nbait in training a greyhound for entry in any race.\n\nB. Any person convicted of violating the provisions of this\n\nsection shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not\n\nexceeding Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).\n\nC.
