The penalty for a violation of this section shall be as\n\nprovided in Section 8 of this act.\n\nAdded by State Question No. 687, Initiative Petition No. 365,\n\nProvision No. 3, adopted at General Election held on November 5,\n\n2002. Amended by Laws 2025, c. 486, § 167, eff.
