Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1692.4","heading":"Servicing or facilitating cockfight","body":"Every person who does any act or performs any service in the\n\nfurtherance of or to facilitate any cockfight, upon conviction,\n\nshall be guilty of a Class B5 felony offense. Such activities and\n\nservices specifically prohibited by this section include, but are\n\nnot limited to: promoting or refereeing of birds at a cockfight,\n\nadvertising a cockfight, or serving as a stakes holder of any money\n\nwagered on any cockfight. The penalty for a violation of this\n\nsection shall be as provided in Section 8 of this act.\n\nAdded by State Question No. 687, Initiative Petition No. 365,\n\nProvision No. 4, adopted at General Election held on November 5,\n\n2002. Amended by Laws 2025, c. 486, § 168, eff.
