Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1693","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Equipment used for training or handling a fighting dog\"\n\nincludes harnesses, treadmills, cages, decoys, pens, houses, feeding\n\napparatuses, training pens and other related devices and equipment;\n\n2. \"Equipment used for transporting a fighting dog\" includes any\n\nautomobile, or other vehicle, and its appurtenances which are\n\nintended to be used as a vehicle for transporting a fighting dog to\n\na fight;\n\n3. \"Concession equipment\" includes any stands, equipment or\n\ndevices intended to be used to sell or otherwise to dispense food,\n\ndrinks, liquor, souvenirs or spectator comforts;\n\n4. \"Equipment used to promote or advertise a dogfight\" includes\n\nany printing presses or similar equipment, any paper, ink,\n\nphotography equipment, and related items and equipment intended to\n\nbe used to transport same;\n\n5. \"Equipment used to stage a dogfight\" includes, but is not\n\nlimited to, dogfighting arenas, bleachers, or spectators' stands or\n\nother seating, tents, canopies, buildings, fences, cages, speakers,\n\npublic address systems, portable toilet facilities and related\n\nequipment; and\n\n6. \"Fighting dog\" includes any dog trained, being trained,\n\nintended to be used for training, or intended to be used to attack,\n\nbite, wound or worry another dog.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cc4131270c1f016ba3ed60e5c674efc7ec3fc2fe84f329a0c64129fc0e74f489","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1692.9","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1694"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
