Every person who is guilty of a Class B5 felony offense\n\nunder any of the provisions of Sections 1694, 1695, 1696 and 1697 of\n\nthis title shall be punished by imprisonment in the State\n\nPenitentiary for not less than one (1) year nor more than ten (10)\n\nyears, or a fine not less than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) nor\n\nmore than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or by both such\n\nfine and imprisonment.\n\nB.
