Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1705v1","heading":"Grand larceny a felony","body":"Grand larceny is a felony punishable by imprisonment in the\n\ncustody of the Department of Corrections not exceeding five (5)\n\nyears, a fine not exceeding Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by\n\nboth such fine and imprisonment if the value of the property is One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or more and if the value of the\n\nproperty is less than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) punishable by\n\nincarceration in the county jail for not more than one (1) year or\n\nby incarceration in the county jail one or more nights or weekends\n\npursuant to Section 991a-2 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes, at\n\nthe option of the court, a fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment. The defendant\n\nshall also be ordered to provide restitution to the victim as\n\nprovided in Section 991a of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2656.
