Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1713.1","heading":"Purchase or receipt of stolen, etc., construction or","body":"farm equipment.\n\nEvery person who buys or receives, in any manner, upon any\n\nconsideration, any construction equipment or farm equipment of any\n\nvalue whatsoever that has been stolen, embezzled, obtained by false\n\npretense or robbery, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe\n\nthe same to have been stolen, embezzled, obtained by false pretense,\n\nor robbery, or who conceals, withholds, or aids in concealing or\n\nwithholding such construction equipment or farm equipment from the\n\nowner, shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense punishable by\n\nimprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20M of this title, or by a fine in an amount that is equal to three\n\ntimes the value of the property that was stolen but not more than\n\nFive Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00), or by both such fine\n\nand imprisonment and may be ordered to pay restitution pursuant to\n\nSection 991f of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c49aaa290538bdff8128a4bf0d9f4f2b65619dfc9780ec203cf2ecd8e704780c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1713","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1713v1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
