For the purpose of this section:\n\n1. \"Domesticated fish or game\" means all birds, mammals, fish\n\nand other aquatic forms and all other animals, regardless of\n\nclassifications, whether resident, migratory or imported, protected\n\nor unprotected, dead or alive, and shall extend to and include every\n\npart of any individual species when such domesticated fish or game\n\nare not in the wild and are in the possession of a person currently\n\nlicensed to possess such fish or game; and\n\n2. \"Taking\" means the pursuing, killing, capturing, trapping,\n\nsnaring and netting of domesticated fish or game or placing,\n\nsetting, drawing or using any net, trap or other device for taking\n\ndomesticated fish or game and includes specifically every attempt to\n\ntake such domesticated fish or game.\n\nB. Any domesticated fish or game shall be considered the\n\npersonal property of the owner.\n\nC. Any person who shall take any domesticated fish or game,\n\nwith the intent to deprive the owner of said fish or game, and any\n\nperson purchasing or receiving such domesticated fish or game\n\nknowing them to have been stolen, shall:\n\n1. Upon conviction, if the current market value of said\n\ndomesticated fish or game is less than One Thousand Dollars\n\n($1,000.00), be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a\n\nfine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by\n\nimprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed sixty (60)\n\ndays, or by both such fine and imprisonment; or\n\n2.
