Any person who shall take, steal or carry away any exotic\n\nlivestock, any person purchasing or receiving such exotic livestock,\n\nknowing them to have been stolen, shall be deemed guilty of grand\n\nlarceny, a Class C2 felony offense, regardless of the value thereof,\n\nand upon conviction thereof shall be punished by imprisonment in the\n\nState Penitentiary not exceeding ten (10) years, or by a fine not\n\nexceeding Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), or by both such fine\n\nand imprisonment.\n\nB.
