Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1721","heading":"Tapping pipeline","body":"Any person who shall unlawfully make or cause to be made any\n\nconnection with or in any way tap or cause to be tapped, or drill or\n\ncause to be drilled a hole in any pipe or pipeline or tank laid or\n\nused for the conduct or storage of crude oil, naphtha, gas or\n\ncasinghead gas, or any of the manufactured or natural products\n\nthereof, with intent to deprive the owner thereof of any of said\n\ncrude oil, naphtha, gas, casinghead gas or any of the manufactured\n\nor natural products thereof, shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony\n\noffense, and upon conviction the person shall be punished by\n\nforfeiture of the instrumentality of the crime and by a fine of not\n\nless than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), and not more than Fifty\n\nThousand Dollars ($50,000.00), or confinement in the State\n\nPenitentiary for a term of not less than one (1) year nor more than\n\nten (10) years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e39e7ba7d74c6116671e9b33eda160cf149f9507cbb34b8e639c30882d32a714","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1720","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1722"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
