Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1765","heading":"House of worship or contents, injuring","body":"Any person who willfully breaks, defaces, or otherwise injures\n\nany house of worship, or any part thereof, or any appurtenance\n\nthereto, or any book, furniture, ornament, musical instrument,\n\narticle of silver or plated ware, or other chattel kept therein for\n\nuse in connection with religious worship shall, upon conviction, be\n\nguilty of a Class D3 felony offense and shall be punished by\n\nimprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20P of this title.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 2770.
