Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1767.1","heading":"Use or threat to use explosive, incendiary device, or","body":"simulated bomb to damage or injure persons or property.\n\nA. Any person who shall willfully or maliciously commit any of\n\nthe following acts shall be deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony\n\noffense:\n\n1. Place in, upon, under, against or near to any building, car,\n\ntruck, aircraft, motor or other vehicle, vessel, railroad, railway\n\ncar, or locomotive or structure, any explosive or incendiary device\n\nwith unlawful intent to destroy, throw down, or injure, in whole or\n\nin part, such property, or conspire, aid, counsel or procure the\n\ndestruction of any building, public or private, or any car, truck,\n\naircraft, motor or other vehicle, vessel, railroad, railway car, or\n\nlocomotive or structure; or\n\n2. Place in, upon, under, against or near to any building, car,\n\ntruck, aircraft, motor or other vehicle, vessel, railroad, railway\n\ncar, or locomotive or structure, any explosive or incendiary device\n\nwith intent to destroy, throw down, or injure in whole or in part,\n\nunder circumstances that, if such intent were accomplished, human\n\nlife or safety would be endangered thereby; or\n\n3. By the explosion of any explosive or the igniting of any\n\nincendiary device destroy, throw down, or injure any property of\n\nanother person, or cause injury to another person; or\n\n4. Manufacture, sell, transport, or possess any explosive, the\n\ncomponent parts of an explosive, an incendiary device, or simulated\n\nbomb with knowledge or intent that it or they will be used to\n\nunlawfully kill, injure or intimidate any person, or unlawfully\n\ndamage any real or personal property; or\n\n5. Place in, upon, under, against or near to any building, car,\n\ntruck, aircraft, motor or other vehicle, vessel, railroad, railway\n\ncar, or locomotive or structure, any foul, poisonous, offensive or\n\ninjurious substance or compound, explosive, incendiary device, or\n\nsimulated bomb with intent to wrongfully injure, molest or coerce\n\nanother person or to injure or damage the property of another\n\nperson; or\n\n6. Injure, damage or attempt to damage by an explosive or\n\nincendiary device any person, persons, or property, whether real or\n\npersonal; or\n\n7. Make any threat or convey information known to be false,\n\nconcerning an attempt or alleged attempt to kill, injure or\n\nintimidate any person or unlawfully damage any real or personal\n\nproperty by means of an explosive, incendiary device, or simulated\n\nbomb; or\n\n8. Manufacture, sell, deliver, mail or send an explosive,\n\nincendiary device, or simulated bomb to another person; or\n\n9. While committing or attempting to commit any felony,\n\npossess, display, or threaten to use any explosive, incendiary\n\ndevice, or simulated bomb.\n\nB.
