Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1767.2","heading":"Violations of preceding section","body":"Any person violating any of the provisions of Section 1767.1 of\n\nthis title shall be deemed guilty of a Class D1 felony offense, and\n\nupon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or by a fine\n\nnot to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by both.
