Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1767.4","heading":"Tracing of telephone calls - Immunity","body":"Any telephone company, its officers, agents or employees, when\n\nacting upon any request by the state or any governing body of a\n\npolitical subdivision thereof, which shall expressly include school\n\ndistricts, shall make reasonable effort to identify the telephone\n\nfrom which any telephone communication claimed to be prohibited by\n\nthis act is being or has been made. If identification of such\n\ntelephone is made, the telephone company, its officers, agents or\n\nemployees shall provide to state law enforcement officials the\n\nlocation of such telephone.
