Cutting down or destroying any kind of wood or timber,\n\nstanding or growing upon the lands of another; or, driving or riding\n\nthrough, into, or across any cultivated hedge or tree row, or any\n\ngrove of ornamental trees or orchard of fruit trees growing upon the\n\nland of another, or in any other manner injurying the same; or,\n\n2. Carrying away any kind of wood or timber that has been cut\n\ndown, and is lying on such lands; or,\n\n3. Maliciously severing from the freehold any produce thereof,\n\nor anything attached thereto; or,\n\n4. Digging, taking, or carrying away from any lot situated\n\nwithin the bounds of any incorporated city, without the license of\n\nthe owner, or legal occupant thereof, any earth, soil or stone,\n\nbeing a part of the freehold, or severed therefrom at some previous\n\ntime, under such circumstances as would render the trespass a\n\nlarceny, if the thing so severed or carried away were personal\n\nproperty; or,\n\n5.
