Maliciously removes any monuments of stone, wood, or other\n\nmaterial, erected for the purpose of designating any point in the\n\nboundary of any lot or tract of land; or,\n\n2. Maliciously defaces or alters the marks upon any tree, post\n\nor other monument, made for the purpose of designating any point,\n\ncourse, or line in any such boundary; or,\n\n3.
