Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1782","heading":"Messages - Disclosing contents of","body":"Any person who shall disclose the contents of any telegraphic\n\ndispatch or telephone message or communication, or any part thereof,\n\naddressed to or which he knows to be intended for another person\n\nwithout the permission of such person, except upon the lawful order\n\nof a court, or the judge thereof, with intent to cause injury,\n\ndamage or disgrace to such other person, or which does in fact cause\n\ninjury, damage or disgrace to such other person, shall be guilty of\n\na misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a\n\nfine of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00), nor more than Five\n\nHundred Dollars($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail not\n\nless than thirty (30) days, nor more than one (1) year, or by both\n\nsuch imprisonment and fine.
