It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully or\n\nknowingly break, break off, crack, carve upon, write or otherwise\n\nmark upon, or in any manner destroy, mutilate, deface, mar or harm\n\nany natural material found in any cave or cavern located on any\n\npublic lands or other lands owned by the United States, the State of\n\nOklahoma, or any county, municipality, school district or other\n\ninstrumentality of government, or on private property without the\n\nprior written consent of the owner; to kill, harm or disturb any\n\nplant or animal life found in any cave or cavern, and, whether\n\ninside or outside a cave, any fish of the genera chologaster,\n\ntyphlicthys or amblyopsis (commonly known as cavefish, springfish or\n\nblindfish), any salamander of the genus typhlotriton (commonly known\n\nas the Ozark blind, grotto or spring grotto salamander), or the\n\nspecies eurycea lucifuga (commonly known as cave salamander);\n\nprovided, nothing in this act shall be construed as prohibiting the\n\ncommercial mining of bat guano or the destruction of any predatory\n\nterrestrial mammal or poisonous snake seeking shelter within a cave\n\nif such destruction is not otherwise unlawful.\n\nB.
