Any person who, without good cause, maliciously and\n\nknowingly cuts or damages a fence used for the production or\n\ncontainment of cattle, bison, horses, sheep, swine, goats, domestic\n\nfowl, exotic livestock, exotic poultry or any game animals or\n\ndomesticated game such that there is a loss or damage to the\n\nproperty is guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of a\n\nsecond or subsequent offense pursuant to this section shall be\n\nguilty of a Class D3 felony offense punishable by a fine not\n\nexceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by imprisonment as\n\nprovided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of this\n\ntitle, or by both such fine and imprisonment.\n\nB. The provisions of subsection A of this section shall not\n\napply to any activities:\n\n1. Performed pursuant to the Seismic Exploration Regulation\n\nAct;\n\n2. Performed pursuant to Sections 318.2 through 318.9 of Title\n\n52 of the Oklahoma Statutes; or\n\n3.
