Recreational trespass;\n\n2. Any activity in which a vehicle is used to engage in mud\n\nbogging. Mud bogging includes, without limitation, traveling across\n\nterrain:\n\na. that has not been improved or designed to facilitate\n\nconventional vehicles, or\n\nb. that is chosen for such travel because of its wet or\n\nmuddy characteristics;\n\n3. The destruction or removal of any property of the owner or\n\nvandalism of any sort while engaged in recreational use of the land\n\nof another;\n\n4. Littering while engaged in recreational use of the land of\n\nanother; and\n\n5.
