Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1835.7","heading":"Penalties","body":"Any person convicted of a trespass violation pursuant to Section\n\n4 of this act shall be punished by a fine of Two Hundred Fifty\n\nDollars ($250.00) or imprisonment for not more than ten (10) days;\n\nfor a second conviction within one (1) year after the first\n\nconviction, a fine of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by\n\nimprisonment for not more than twenty (20) days; and upon a third or\n\nsubsequent conviction within one (1) year after the first\n\nconviction, a fine of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)\n\nor by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or by both such\n\nfine and imprisonment.
