Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1850","heading":"Manufacture or sale of spurious coins for unlawful use -","body":"Penalty.\n\nEvery person who, with intent to cheat or defraud another of the\n\nuse, enjoyment and benefit of property, service, facility or\n\nprivilege, or whoever, knowingly or having cause to believe that\n\nsame is intended for fraudulent or unlawful use on the part of the\n\npurchaser, donee or user thereof, shall manufacture, sell, offer to\n\nsell, advertise for sale, give away or possess any spurious coin as\n\nherein defined, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction\n\nthereof, shall be punished by a fine of One Hundred Dollars\n\n($100.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than\n\nthirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
