Any person who knowingly possesses an unlawful\n\ntelecommunication device shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a\n\nmisdemeanor.\n\nB. Any person who knowingly possesses five or more unlawful\n\ntelecommunication devices at the same time shall, upon conviction,\n\nbe guilty of a Class D3 felony offense punishable by incarceration\n\nas provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of this\n\ntitle.\n\nC. Any person who:\n\n1. Knowingly possesses an instrument capable of intercepting\n\nelectronic serial number and mobile identification number\n\ncombinations under circumstances evidencing an intent to clone; or\n\n2.
