Any person who intentionally sells an unlawful\n\ntelecommunication device or material, including hardware, data,\n\ncomputer software, or other information or equipment, knowing that\n\nthe purchaser or a third person intends to use such material in the\n\nmanufacture of an unlawful telecommunication device shall, upon\n\nconviction, be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense punishable by\n\nincarceration as provided for in subsections B through F of Section\n\n20P of this title.\n\nB.
