Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1902","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in the Bus Passenger Safety Act:\n\n1. “Bus” means a vehicle designed to carry passengers that is\n\npart of a network of passenger vehicles for use by the public,\n\nrunning on a regular schedule of routes, times, and fares;\n\n2. “Bus transportation company” or “company” means any person\n\nor governmental entity providing for-hire transport to passengers or\n\ncargo by rolling stock transit vehicles upon the roads, streets,\n\nhighways, public or dedicated rights-of-way, and turnpikes of this\n\nstate;\n\n3. “Deadly or dangerous weapon” includes all weapons listed in\n\nSection 1287 of this title, and any other weapon capable of\n\ninflicting serious bodily injury, except for a weapon carried for\n\nlawful self-defense in compliance under the Oklahoma Self-Defense\n\nAct;\n\n4. “Passenger” means any person served by the bus\n\ntransportation company;\n\n5. “Rolling stock transit vehicles” include buses, vans, cars,\n\nrailcars, locomotives, trolley cars, ferry boats, and vehicles used\n\nfor transporting the public; and\n\n6. “Terminal” means a bus station, stop, platform, or depot or\n\nany facility operated or leased by or operated on behalf of a bus\n\ntransportation company.
