Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1904","heading":"Unauthorized removal of baggage, cargo or other item","body":"It shall be unlawful to remove any baggage, cargo or other item\n\ntransported upon a bus or stored in a terminal without consent of\n\nthe owner of such property or the company, or its duly authorized\n\nrepresentative.
