Upon conviction of a felony under the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Computer Crimes Act, the person shall be guilty of a Class\n\nC2 felony offense and shall be punished by a fine of not less than\n\nFive Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) and not more than One Hundred\n\nThousand Dollars ($100,000.00), or by confinement as provided for in\n\nsubsections B through F of Section 20M of this title, or by both\n\nsuch fine and imprisonment.\n\nB. Upon conviction of a misdemeanor under the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Computer Crimes Act, punishment shall be by a fine of not\n\nmore than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by imprisonment in\n\nthe county jail not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine\n\nand imprisonment.\n\nC. In addition to any other civil remedy available, the owner\n\nor lessee of the computer, computer system, computer network,\n\ncomputer program or data may bring a civil action against any person\n\nconvicted of a violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act for\n\ncompensatory damages, including any victim expenditure reasonably\n\nand necessarily incurred by the owner or lessee to verify that a\n\ncomputer system, computer network, computer program or data was or\n\nwas not altered, damaged, deleted, disrupted or destroyed by the\n\naccess.
