It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise, or offer\n\nfor rental, sale, resale, distribution or circulation, or rent,\n\nsell, resell, distribute or circulate, or cause to be sold, resold,\n\ndistributed or circulated, or possess for such purposes any article,\n\nwhich does not clearly and conspicuously display thereon in clearly\n\nreadable print the actual true name and address of the manufacturer\n\nthereof.\n\nB. A violation of this section involving less than seven\n\narticles upon which motion pictures or other audiovisual works are\n\nrecorded or less than one hundred other articles or sound\n\nrecordings, shall constitute a misdemeanor, and shall, upon\n\nconviction, be punishable by a fine not to exceed Five Thousand\n\nDollars ($5,000.00).\n\nC. A violation of this section involving seven or more articles\n\nupon which motion pictures or other audiovisual works are recorded\n\nor one hundred or more other articles or sound recordings, shall\n\nconstitute a Class D1 felony offense, and shall, upon conviction, be\n\npunishable by a fine not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars\n\n($50,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B\n\nthrough F of Section 20N of this title, or both such fine and\n\nimprisonment.\n\nD.
