Stat. tit. 21, § 21-1990.1","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purposes of this act:\n\n1. “Counterfeit mark” means:\n\na. any unauthorized reproduction or copy of intellectual\n\nproperty, and\n\nb. intellectual property that is affixed to any item that\n\nis knowingly sold, offered for sale, manufactured or\n\ndistributed or to any identifying services offered or\n\nrendered without the authority of the intellectual\n\nproperty owner;\n\n2. “Intellectual property” means any trademark, service mark,\n\ntrade name, label, term, device, design or word that is adopted or\n\nused by a person to identify that person’s goods or services; and\n\n3. “Retail value” means:\n\na. for items that bear a counterfeit mark and that are\n\ncomponents of a finished product, the counterfeiter’s\n\nregular selling price of the finished product on or in\n\nwhich the component would be utilized, or\n\nb. for all other items that bear a counterfeit mark or\n\nservices that are identified by a counterfeit mark,\n\nthe counterfeiter’s regular selling price for those\n\nitems or services.","path":["OK Code","Title 21"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os21.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a9f0b121552ac31bc53ecaaa78fa35c7b7b963f1cd35e8360162a9cbc2cfff9a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1990","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-21-21-1990.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
