Upon the effective date of this act, Class Y shall include\n\nthe following criminal offenses:\n\n1. Murder in the first degree as provided for in subsection A\n\nof Section 701.7 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. Murder in the first degree during the commission of a crime,\n\nas provided for in subsection B of Section 701.7 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. Murder in the first degree when the death of a child results\n\nfrom willful or malicious injuring, torturing, maiming, or using\n\nunreasonable force, as provided for in subsection C of Section 701.7\n\nof Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. Murder in the first degree when the person solicits another\n\nto cause the death of another human being in furtherance of\n\nunlawfully manufacturing, distributing, or dispensing a controlled\n\ndangerous substance, as provided for in subsection D of Section\n\n701.7 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. Murder in the first degree when the person intentionally\n\ncauses the death of a law enforcement officer, as provided for in\n\nsubsection E of Section 701.7 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\nand\n\n6. Murder in the first degree when a person kills another\n\nperson or causes the death of another human being in the commission\n\nof an act of terrorism, as provided for in subsection C of Section\n\n1268.2 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
