Upon the effective date of this act, Class A2 shall include\n\nthe following criminal offenses:\n\n1. Accessory to murder in the first degree, as provided for in\n\nparagraph 5 of Section 175 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. Aggravated assault and battery upon a police officer,\n\nsheriff, deputy sheriff, highway patrolman, corrections personnel,\n\nor any state peace officer that results in maiming, as provided for\n\nin subsection B of Section 650 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. Solicitation for murder in the first degree, as provided for\n\nin Section 701.16 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. Manslaughter in the first degree, as provided for in Section\n\n711 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. Administration of poison, drug, or medicine by an\n\nintoxicated physician to another person that causes the death of\n\nsuch other person, as provided for in Section 712 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n6. Aiding, assisting, or participating in the receipt,\n\npossession, or exchange of money or thing of value from the\n\nkidnapped person, as provided for in subsection B of Section 745 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n7. Human trafficking for labor or commercial sex, as provided\n\nfor in subsection C of Section 748 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n8. Female genital mutilation, as provided for in Section 760 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n9. Robbery in the first degree, as provided for in Section 798\n\nof Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n10. Conjoint robbery committed by two or more persons, as\n\nprovided for in Section 800 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n11. Robbery or attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon or\n\nimitation firearm, as provided for in Section 801 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n12. Wiring or equipping vehicles or structures with explosive\n\nmaterials, things, or devices with intent to cause bodily injury or\n\ndeath to another person, as provided for in Section 849 of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n13. Aggravated possession of child pornography, as provided for\n\nin Section 1040.12a of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n14. Rape by instrumentation, as provided for in Section 1111.1\n\nof Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n15. Rape in the first degree, as provided for in subsection A\n\nof Section 1114 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n16. Compelling a woman to marry another person against her will\n\nby force, menace, or duress, as provided for in Section 1117 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n17. Maliciously, wantonly, or negligently removing, injuring,\n\nor destroying any railroad or railroad equipment that results in the\n\ndeath of another human being, as provided for in Section 1752 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n18. Resisting or aiding in resisting the execution of process\n\nduring a state of riot or insurrection, as provided for in Section\n\n107 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n19. Driving under the influence of alcohol or other\n\nintoxicating substance after a previous conviction of murder in the\n\nsecond degree or manslaughter in the first degree where a death was\n\ncaused as a result of driving under the influence of alcohol or\n\nother intoxicating substance, as provided for in paragraph 5 of\n\nsubsection C of Section 11-902 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n20. Manufacturing or attempting to manufacture any controlled\n\ndangerous substance or the possession of certain substances, as\n\nprovided for in paragraph 2 of subsection G of Section 2-401 of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and\n\n21. Robbery or attempted robbery of controlled dangerous\n\nsubstances from a practitioner, manufacturer, distributor, or agent\n\nthereof, as provided for in subsection B of Section 2-403 of Title\n\n63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. Any person convicted of a Class A2 criminal offense set\ntances, as\n\nprovided for in paragraph 2 of subsection G of Section 2-401 of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and\n\n21. Robbery or attempted robbery of controlled dangerous\n\nsubstances from a practitioner, manufacturer, distributor, or agent\n\nthereof, as provided for in subsection B of Section 2-403 of Title\n\n63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
