Upon the effective date of this act, Class A3 shall include\n\nthe following criminal offenses:\n\n1. Domestic assault and battery with a deadly weapon, as\n\nprovided for in paragraph 2 of subsection D of Section 644 of Title\n\n21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. Second or subsequent conviction of domestic abuse against a\n\npregnant woman with knowledge of the pregnancy, as provided for in\n\nsubsection E of Section 644 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. Aggravated assault and battery upon a police officer,\n\nsheriff, deputy sheriff or highway patrolman, corrections personnel,\n\nor any state peace officer, as provided for in subsection A of\n\nSection 650 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. Shooting with the intent to kill, as provided for in\n\nsubsection A of Section 652 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. Using a vehicle to facilitate the intentional discharge of a\n\nfirearm, crossbow, or other weapon, as provided for in subsection B\n\nof Section 652 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n6. Assault and battery with a deadly weapon, as provided for in\n\nsubsection C of Section 652 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n7. Maiming, as provided for in Section 751 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n8. Sexual abuse by a caretaker, as provided for in paragraph 2\n\nof subsection B of Section 843.1 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n9. Child abuse, as provided for in subsection A of Section\n\n843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n10. Enabling child abuse, as provided for in subsection B of\n\nSection 843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n11. Child sexual abuse, as provided for in subsection E of\n\nSection 843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n12. Enabling child sexual abuse, as provided for in subsection\n\nG of Section 843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n13. Child sexual exploitation, as provided for in subsection H\n\nof Section 843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n14. Enabling child sexual exploitation, as provided for in\n\nsubsection J of Section 843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n15. Lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child, as provided\n\nfor in subsection A of Section 1123 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n16. Terrorism, as provided for in subsection B of Section\n\n1268.2 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n17. Conspiracy to commit terrorism, as provided for in\n\nsubsection A of Section 1268.3 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n18. Any person above the age of eighteen (18) who, on campuses\n\nor public school grounds, advocates revolution, sabotage, force and\n\nviolation, sedition, treason, or the overthrow of the United States\n\ngovernment, as provided for in subsection B of Section 1327 of Title\n\n21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n19. Arson in the first degree, as provided for in subsection A\n\nof Section 1401 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n20. Arson while manufacturing, attempting to manufacture, or\n\nendeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance, as\n\nprovided for in subsection B of Section 1401 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes; and\n\n21. Causing personal injury while committing an act of arson,\n\nas provided for in Section 1405 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\nB.
