Upon the effective date of this act, Class B1 shall include\n\nthe following criminal offenses:\n\n1. Accessory to murder in the second degree, as provided for in\n\nparagraph 5 of Section 175 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. Rescuing or attempting to rescue a prisoner charged or\n\nconvicted of a felony, as provided for in paragraph 1 of Section 521\n\nof Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. Aiding suicide, as provided for in Section 813 of Title 21\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. Aiding suicide by furnishing the person with deadly weapons\n\nor poisonous drugs, as provided for in Section 814 of Title 21 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. Mingling poison, controlled dangerous substances, or sharp\n\nobjects harmful to human life with any food, drink, medicine, or\n\nwater, as provided for in Section 832 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n6. Abuse, financial neglect, neglect, or exploitation by a\n\ncaretaker, as provided for in paragraph 1 of subsection B of Section\n\n843.1 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n7. Engaging in child neglect, as provided for in subsection C\n\nof Section 843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n8. Enabling child neglect, as provided for in subsection D of\n\nSection 843.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n9. Forcible sodomy, as provided for in subsection A of Section\n\n888 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n10. Sodomy by a person over eighteen (18) years of age upon a\n\nperson under sixteen (16) years of age, as provided for in paragraph\n\n1 of subsection B of Section 888 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n11. Sodomy upon a person incapable through mental illness or\n\nunsoundness of mind to give legal consent, as provided for in\n\nparagraph 2 of subsection B of Section 888 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n12. Sodomy with any person by means of force, violence, or\n\nthreats of force or violence, as provided for in paragraph 3 of\n\nsubsection B of Section 888 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n13. Sodomy upon a person under the legal custody, supervision,\n\nor authority of a state agency, county, municipality, or political\n\nsubdivision of the state, as provided for in paragraph 4 of\n\nsubsection B of Section 888 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n14. Sodomy upon a person at least sixteen (16) years of age but\n\nless than twenty (20) years of age and who is a student of any\n\npublic or private secondary school, junior high, high school, or\n\npublic vocational school with a person eighteen (18) years of age or\n\nolder and who is employed by the same school system, as provided for\n\nin paragraph 5 of subsection B of Section 888 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n15. Sodomy upon a person who is unconscious, as provided for in\n\nparagraph 7 of subsection B of Section 888 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n16. Sodomy upon a person who is intoxicated by a narcotic or\n\nanesthetic agent administered by or with the privity of the accused,\n\nas provided for in paragraph 8 of subsection B of Section 888 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n17. Procuring or causing the participation of a minor in child\n\npornography or possessing, procuring, manufacturing, selling, or\n\ndistributing child pornography, as provided for in Section 1021.2 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n18. Permitting or consenting to the participation of a minor in\n\nchild pornography by a parent, guardian, or individual having\n\ncustody, as provided for in Section 1021.3 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n19. Buying, procuring, or possessing child pornography, as\n\nprovided for in Section 1024.2 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n20. Child sex trafficking, as provided for in subsection B of\n\nSection 1029 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n21. Receiving or offering to agree to receive a child for\n\npurposes of prostitution, as provided for in paragraph 2 of\nTitle 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n19. Buying, procuring, or possessing child pornography, as\n\nprovided for in Section 1024.2 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n20. Child sex trafficking, as provided for in subsection B of\n\nSection 1029 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n21. Receiving or offering to agree to receive a child for\n\npurposes of prostitution, as provided for in paragraph 2 of\n\nsubsection A of Section 1087 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n22. Transporting or aiding in the transport of a child for\n\nprostitution, as provided for in paragraph 3 of subsection A of\n\nSection 1087 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n23. Permitting the prostitution of a child in any house,\n\nbuilding, room, other premises, or any conveyances under the control\n\nof a person, as provided for in paragraph 2 of subsection B of\n\nSection 1087 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n24. Causing, inducing, persuading, or encouraging a child by\n\npromise, threats, violence, or any device or scheme to engage in\n\nprostitution, as provided for in paragraph 1 of subsection A of\n\nSection 1088 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n25. Keeping, holding, detaining, restraining, or compelling a\n\nchild to engage in prostitution, as provided for in paragraph 2 of\n\nsubsection A of Section 1088 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n26. Keeping, holding, detaining, restraining, or compelling a\n\nchild to engage in prostitution for purposes of compelling the child\n\nto pay, liquidate, or cancel any debts, dues, or obligations\n\nincurred by the child, as provided for in paragraph 3 of subsection\n\nA of Section 1088 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n27. Permitting the keeping, holding, detaining, or restraining\n\nof a child for prostitution in any house, building, room, other\n\npremises, or any conveyances under the control of a person, as\n\nprovided for in paragraph 2 of subsection B of Section 1088 of Title\n\n21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n28. Advocating the revolution, sabotage, force and violation,\n\nsedition, treason, or overthrow of the government of the United\n\nStates, as provided for in Section 1266 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n29. Commit, attempt to commit, or aid in the commission of any\n\nact intended to overthrow, destroy, or alter the government of the\n\nUnited States, as provided for in Section 1266.4 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n30. Biochemical terrorism, as provided for in subsection D of\n\nSection 1268.2 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n31. Biochemical assault when the person knows the substance is\n\ntoxic, noxious, or lethal to humans, as provided for in subsection C\n\nof Section 1268.5 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n32. Second or subsequent conviction of using a firearm while\n\ncommitting a felony, as provided for in subsection A of Section 1287\n\nof Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n33. Discharging a firearm or other deadly weapon at or into a\n\ndwelling or building used for public or business purposes, as\n\nprovided for in Section 1289.17A of Title 21 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n34. Directing, advising, encouraging, or soliciting other\n\npersons to commit acts of force or violence while participating in a\n\nriot, as provided for in paragraph 4 of Section 1312 of Title 21 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n35. Burglary in the first degree, as provided for in Section\n\n1431 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n36. Seizing or exercising control of any bus by force or\n\nviolence or by threats of force or violence, as provided for in\n\nsubsection A of Section 1903 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n37. Using a dangerous or deadly weapon while seizing or\n\nexercising control of a bus or when intimidating, threatening,\n\nassaulting, or battering a bus driver, as provided for in subsection\n\nC of Section 1903 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n38. Receiving, acquiring, and concealing proceeds derived from\n, as provided for in\n\nsubsection A of Section 1903 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n37. Using a dangerous or deadly weapon while seizing or\n\nexercising control of a bus or when intimidating, threatening,\n\nassaulting, or battering a bus driver, as provided for in subsection\n\nC of Section 1903 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n38. Receiving, acquiring, and concealing proceeds derived from\n\nunlawful activities in an amount of more than Fifty Thousand Dollars\n\n($50,000.00), as provided for in paragraph 4 of subsection G of\n\nSection 2001 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n39. Participating in racketeering activities, as provided for\n\nin subsection A of Section 1403 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes;\n\n40. Acquiring or maintaining any interest in or control of any\n\nenterprise or real property through racketeering activities, as\n\nprovided for in subsection B of Section 1403 of Title 22 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n41. Using or investing any part of proceeds derived from\n\nracketeering activities, as provided for in subsection C of Section\n\n1403 of Title 22 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n42. Conspiring with others to commit unlawful racketeering\n\nactivities, as provided for in subsection D of Section 1403 of Title\n\n22 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n43. Causing an accident resulting in great bodily injury while\n\ndriving under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating\n\nsubstance, as provided for in paragraph 1 of subsection B of Section\n\n11-904 of Title 47 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and\n\n44. Trafficking in fentanyl or carfentanyl, or any fentanyl\n\nanalogs or derivatives, as provided for in subparagraph a of\n\nparagraph 12 of subsection C of Section 2-415 of Title 63 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
