Upon the effective date of this act, Class B2 shall include\n\nthe following criminal offenses:\n\n1. Transport, move, or attempt to transport in this state any\n\nalien knowing that the alien has entered the United States in\n\nviolation of law, as provided for in subsection A of Section 446 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n2. Conceal, harbor, or shelter from detection any alien in any\n\nplace within this state knowing that the alien has entered the\n\nUnited States in violation of law, as provided for in subsection B\n\nof Section 446 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n3. Intentionally destroy, hide, alter, abscond with, or keep\n\ncertain identification documentation of an individual for the\n\npurpose of trafficking the individual, as provided for in subsection\n\nC of Section 446 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n4. Allowing any person lawfully held in custody to escape or go\n\nat large by a sheriff, deputy, coroner, clerk of a court, constable,\n\nor other ministerial officer, as provided for in Section 532 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n5. Kidnapping, as provided for in Section 741 of Title 21 of\n\nthe Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n6. Causing, aiding, abetting, or encouraging a minor child to\n\ndistribute, dispense, possess, or manufacture a controlled dangerous\n\nsubstance or a counterfeit or imitation controlled dangerous\n\nsubstance, as provided for in Section 856.1 of Title 21 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes;\n\n7. Trafficking in children, as provided for in Section 866 of\n\nTitle 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n8. Photographing, publishing, distributing, or participating in\n\nthe preparation of child pornography, as provided for in subsection\n\nC of Section 1040.8 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n9. Procuring another for the purpose of prostitution, as\n\nprovided for in Section 1081 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n10. Keeping, holding, detaining, or restraining against her\n\nwill a female in a house of prostitution, as provided for in Section\n\n1085 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n11. Rape in the second degree, as provided for in subsection B\n\nof Section 1114 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n12. Arson in the second degree, as provided for in Section 1402\n\nof Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n13. Second or subsequent conviction of residing, either\n\ntemporarily or permanently, within a two-thousand-foot radius of a\n\npublic or private school, playground, park, licensed child care\n\ncenter, family child care home, or residence of a victim by a person\n\nwho is required to register as a sex offender pursuant to the Sex\n\nOffenders Registration Act, as provided for in subsection A of\n\nSection 590 of Title 57 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n14. Second or subsequent conviction for residing with a minor\n\nchild by a person who is required to register as a sex offender\n\npursuant to the Sex Offenders Registration Act for an offense in\n\nwhich a minor child was the victim, as provided for in subsection B\n\nof Section 590 of Title 57 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n15. Breaking into and entering the dwelling house of a\n\ndefendant by a bail enforcer, as provided for in Section 1350.6 of\n\nTitle 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n16. Possessing a drug product containing ephedrine,\n\npseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine with intent to use the\n\nproduct as a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or other\n\ncontrolled substance, as provided for in subsection A of Section 2-\n\n332 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n17. Aggravated trafficking of marijuana, as provided for in\n\nsubparagraph b of paragraph 1 of subsection C of Section 2-415 of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n18. Aggravated trafficking of cocaine, coca leaves, or cocaine\n\nbase, as provided for in subparagraph c of paragraph 2 of subsection\n\nC of Section 2-415 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n19. Aggravated trafficking of heroin, as provided for in\ned trafficking of marijuana, as provided for in\n\nsubparagraph b of paragraph 1 of subsection C of Section 2-415 of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n18. Aggravated trafficking of cocaine, coca leaves, or cocaine\n\nbase, as provided for in subparagraph c of paragraph 2 of subsection\n\nC of Section 2-415 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n19. Aggravated trafficking of heroin, as provided for in\n\nsubparagraph b of paragraph 3 of subsection C of Section 2-415 of\n\nTitle 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n20. Aggravated trafficking of amphetamine or methamphetamine,\n\nas provided for in subparagraph c of paragraph 4 of subsection C of\n\nSection 2-415 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes;\n\n21. Aggravated trafficking of lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD),\n\nas provided for in subparagraph b of paragraph 5 of subsection C of\n\nSection 2-415 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and\n\n22. Aggravated trafficking of phencyclidine (PCP), as provided\n\nfor in subparagraph b of paragraph 6 of subsection C of Section 2-\n\n415 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB.
